This Privacy Policy explains how JTO ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use the JTO mobile app and website (jto.gg).

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address and a unique user ID, created when you register.
• Purchase information — records of subscription purchases. Payments are processed by Google Play and our subscription provider (RevenueCat); we do not see or store your card details.
• App activity — your in-app training activity, progress, hand statistics and scores, used to power your stats, badges and leaderboards.

How we use your information

• To provide and operate the app's features (solver, trainer, leaderboards, leagues).
• To manage your account and subscription.
• To send essential account emails, such as password resets (via our email provider, Resend).

Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. We only use trusted service providers (such as Google Play, RevenueCat and Resend) to operate the app on our behalf.

Data security

All data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored securely.

Data retention & deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Home → "Delete account"), or by following the steps at jto.gg/delete-account. We retain your data only while your account is active.

Children

JTO is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children.
